At Joy2Dance we pride ourselves in bringing you the international standard in latin and ballroom dancing right here in Potchefstroom. The studio is headed by Linell Steyn, a respected professional latin and ballroom dancer with years of experience in competitive dancing. She, and her teachers, focus on style and technique to complete the beautiful picture you and your partner deserve. In our experience, personal attention is the gateway to dancing excellence and therefore it is our highest priority during dance lessons.
Social
Social dancing is a great way of relaxing and enjoying the art of dance. You always wanted to know how to dance a proper Tango or Cha-Cha – social dancing at Joy2Dance can teach you just that and much more. Our social dancing groups include students preparing for matric farewell dances, people invited to weddings, and people who just love dancing and meeting new friends.

After the beautiful engagement that he so carefully planned, you said yes to the man of your dreams. You have the perfect wedding to look forward to and a key element to your much-anticipated day is the wedding dance. At Joy2Dance we help you with the choreography of your wedding dance to suit your exact needs. Bring that special song that you always dreamt of dancing at your wedding.
Shows
Our competitive couples love to show what they are made off, not only on the competition floor, but also at local shows. If you are planning a year-end function, matric farewell, or a local community show, our couples are set to put the glitz and glamour into your event. The highlight of the evening is when they have an impromptu dance lesson for your guests after their show. What a Joy it is 2 Dance!
